While WVSeniors.org cannot answer questions to specific situations directly, we have compiled links to WV Senior Legal Aid's online manual of Legal Questions Frequently Asked By Seniors in West Virginia. To search the complete manual, visit WV Senior Legal Aid's website.

WVSLA is a non-profit organization that provides free civil legal services to West Virginians 60 years of age and older, regardless of income level. A Senior Legal Hotline is available 24 hours a day at 1-800-229-5068.
Please note that only West Virginians 60 and over are eligible to be assisted by calling this number. Family members cannot make legal inquiries on behalf of the senior.
As with any other material of this type, this manual is intended to offer general legal information and guidance, not specific legal advice. Your particular circumstances are likely to be unique. You should contact an attorney for legal advice for your specific legal problem.
