So who is out there?

[Brooks, Fred C.]Fred C. Brooks - 06:03pm Aug 17, 2004 EST

I read about this website in early July, 2004 and decided to check it out. I logged on and have visited it fairly frequently since. In fact, I even added a short note about my view of the 1960's. But this site is like a ghost town in the middle of a hot, sandy flat in Nevada! Where are the human beings? Who uses this site? WHO IS OUT THERE? (I'm not really shouting!) I have logged on 15-20 times over the past couple of months and have never found another user logged on. Morning, afternoon, evening -- it's all the same: a ghost town! Does anybody have anything to say? Is there another breathing soul who is moved to respond to these questions?
